Being a mother of multiples is one of the most rewarding, exciting, and challenging jobs you will ever have, and we're here to help.
The Lake County Mothers of Twins Club is a non-profit organization established in 1963. We are members of the Illinois Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs (IOMOTC) and the National Organization of Mothers of Twins Clubs (NOMOTC).
The purpose of our club is to promote the knowledge and understanding of parenting multiples and to create peace of mind for our members. Our social network provides support and education to parents of twins, triplets and more. We also work within our community on philanthropic endeavors.
Throughout the year, we offer a variety of informative and fun programs with meetings held at the Grayslake Middle School on the 4th Tuesday of every month. We begin each meeting with a support group for members to discuss the joys and challenges that come with raising multiples, as well as other issues. Meetings also include official club business, guest speakers, demonstrations and/or panel discussions.
Dozens of outings for members, couples and the entire family are scheduled throughout the year to provide additional opportunities for socializing and support.
